This is the tour to discover Nepal through short , pleasant hikes , without climbing high and remaining in  comfort.We will take you to important cultural and heritage destinations, to great view points to watch the mountains and to quite and pleasant hikes the country has to offer. This is not a vehicle to vehicle sightseeing tour nor it is a strenous walk in the mountain. At the end of the trip you will have those sweet memories to treasure for lifetime.

We explore the  many world heritage sights in Kathmandu valley and make a pleasant hike to the Changunarayan temple built on the 5th century. In Dakshinkali temple we see hindu animal sacrifice practice and hike to the Newari village of Bungmati and Khokana. Despite being in outskirt of Kathmandu these villages have preserved their traditional lifestyle and craftmanship.We see sunset and sunrise over Himalaya from the vantage point at resort town of Dhulikihel and next morning hike to an old and active stupa at the eastern hill of Kathmandu valley.We enjoy the beauty and serenity of the lake city of Pokhara and make a three day hike north of Pokhara. You will have superb view of the Himalayas and an insight about Nepali rural life during this hike.From the foot of the Himalayas we drive to the tropical national park at Chitwan to enjoy elephant back safari, canoe ride , a visit to elephant breeding centre and a bird watching programme before we fly for kathmandu.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel
Day 02: Sightseeing of Swoymbhunath , Kathmandu Durbar square and Patan
Day 03: Visit the traditionl town of Bhaktapur and hike to Changunarayan via Telkot.Overnight in hotel in Dhulikhel.
Day 04: Visit Dakhinkali Temple, the Pharping village and hike to Bungmati and Khokana.Overnight in hotel in kathmandu.
Day 05: Hike from Dhulikhel to Namobuddha and to Panauti. Overnight in Hotel in Kathmandu
Day 06: Fly Kathmandu to Pokhara. Boating and sightseeing of Pokhara.
Day 07 – 09: Three day hiking of Sarangkot to Dhampus and back to Pokhara.
Day 10: Drive to Chitwan national Park for wildlife safari.Evening cultural programme of tribal Tharu people.
Day 11: Jungle activities like canoeing in the local river and bird watching,elephant back safari, jungle walk etc
Day 12: Fly back to Kathmandu. Free time for shopping and rest.
Day 13: Fly back  home
