Our preferred mode of payment is Telex Transfer (TT). It is also called Wire Transfer in some countries.It is a secure bank to bank transfer of money.
As mentioned in our about us page , we are a group of two companies- Great Holidays P. Ltd. (a travel company ) and Shizen Treks P . Ltd. ( a trekking company), this website represents both of these companies. Under existing law of Nepal, a travel company is authorized mostly for regular travel jobs and sightseeing tours where as only a trekking company is authorized for trekking and climbing jobs.Both these companies are required for operating complete travel services in Nepal. For the same reason, if your trip is mainly a trekking trip we may ask you to send the trip payments to our trekking company and if your trip involves mostly sightseeing tours we may ask you to send the payments to our travel company.

Cash and Travellers Cheques
When you are in Nepal , you can also pay us with cash as well as Travellers cheques. As for cash we can accept US dollar, UK Pounds, Japanese Yen, Euro and few other currencies.
Other modes of Payment
At cases we accept Bank Drafts and Crossed Cheques.But they are accepted on special cases only.
Payment by Credit cards
Visa and Master cards are widely accepted in Nepal . So they are our preferred credit cards . American express , JCB and other major credit cards are also accepted but at times they are less convenient. Please consult us before payment.
For payment by credit cards from your home location (not a face to face transcation) you should fax or better, scan and mail us a signed authorisation form with your card number, expiry date, CVV2 code, photocopies of both sides of your credit card and the copy your passport pages containing your personal details and your signature and payment amount.Note that you are supposed to pay the bank charges (3.5% in Nepal) while making payments by credit cards by yourself.
