6 nights/7 days

This tour , popularly  called the "Golden triangle tour" covers Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. It offers a great numbers of finest monuments, palaces,  arts and architectures of  medieval India. If you have just a week or less for your hoiday in India, this could be the best  tour for you.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Delhi, transfer to hotel

Day 02: Guided sightseeing tour of Delhi including the Red Fort, the Qutaub Minar, Jame Masjid etc.

Day 03: Delhi-Agra ( approx 200kms- 4 hrs)
Drive to Agra for four hours and check in to hotel. Full day sightseeing in Agra including the Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal.
Note: The Taj Mahal remains closed on Fridays.

Day 04: Agra – Jaipur (250kms- 05 hrs)
Drive to Jaipur , the fabled "Pink City"  visiting the Fattehpur Sikri en route. Evening enjoy traditional Rajasthani dinner with folk cultural dance.

Day 05: Guided tour of Jaipur including the fort of Amber, the Hawa Mahal, Maharaja's city palace and Jantar Mantar Observatory. Explore the colourful local market on your own.

Day 06: Jaipur – Samode –Delhi ( 250 kms- 05 hrs)
Drive back from Jaipur to Delhi stopping en route to vist the magnificent Samode Palace.Overnight in Delhi hotel

Day 07: Fly onward

Day 01: Arrival in Delhi , transfer to hotel.

After breakfast at Hotel. full day old delhi & New Delhi sightseeing. Covering Jama Masjid, Red Fort, Chandani Chowk, Rajghat and India Gate, President House, parliament house, Lotus temple, Qutub Minar.
Overnight at Hotel.

Day 03: Delhi - Jaipur
After breakfast at hotel, drive to Jaipur. Upon arrival check in to hotel.

Day 04: Jaipur
In the morning visit Hawa Mahal and afterthat visit Amber Fort, City palace and Observatory.

Day 05: Jaipur - Fathepusikri - Agra
After breakfast drive to Agra en-route visit Fathepursikri. Upon arrival check in to hotel. Afternoon sightseeing for Agra fort.

Day 06: Agra
In the morning sightseeing of Taj Mahal.
Completed in 1653 A.D, The Taj Mahal built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as the final resting place for his favourite Queen, Mumtaz.

Day 07: Agra - Jhansi ( by Shatabdi Express train )- Khajuraho ( by Road)
After early breakfast transfer to Railway Station to board at Shatabadi Express for Jhansi.
Afternoon sightseeing tour western group of temple.

Day 08: Khajuraho - Varanasi ( by flight)
Halfday sightseeing tour of Khajuraho. Afternoon fly to Varanasi. Upon arrival at Varanasi. Enroute visit Sarnath. Sarnath -where the Buddha preached his first sermon in the Deer Park, contains the most impressive remains, as well as a modern temple Transfer to hotel.

Day 09: Varanasi
Early morning visit the sacred river Ganges before sunrise, to see how the Hindus of Varanasi pray to the rising Sun and then pray to the river Ganges. Enjoy a boat ride on the Ganges and see the cremation grounds from the boat. Return to your hotel for breakfast. Later visit the Golden Temple, Bharat Mata Temple and Birla ( Shiva ) Temple. In the afternoon transfer to Airport to fly for delhi. Upon arrival farewell dinner at Restaurant followed by Indian folk dances from different States.
Fly onward .

Sikkim Goechala Trek 10 Days

Sikkim Goechala TrekDay 01: GANGTOK- YUKSUM ( Altd 1760 M )
Drive form Gangtok to Yuksum Time taken 6hrs on the way visit Bonn monastery near Ravongla.
Stop over Tashiding to visit monastery .Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: YUKSUM -TSHOKA ( Alt. 3050 M )
Trek from Yuksum to Tshoka 18 Kms time taken approx. 6 hrs .Walk through dense forest of pine and oak After crossing river PrekChu it is straight 70 degree uphill climb this is the toughest stage in the entireTrek then we reach Bakhim the trail from Bakhim passes through magnolia and rhododendron trees.Tshoka is a small village . Overnight in Tent or lodge.

Day 03: TSHOKA- DZONGRI ( Alt. 4020 M )
Trek from tshoka to Dzongri is still a steep climbing time taken approx 5hrs we go through dense forest of rhododendrons there are over 400 flowering species , a place called Deorali Dara provides a magnificent view of mountains then we reach Phethang for a break .After Phethang still further climbing we reach Dzongri here the Vegetation is thin and we tend to find only small bushes and shrubs for the night stay here is a tourist hut Its usually overcrowded and noisy. In Dzongri early morning we take a walk to Dabla Khang( DzongriTop) the view from this place is magnificent one can view all the peaks . Acclimatization here is must for further ascending trekkers. Overnight in tent

Day 04: DZONGRI HALT – Full day excursion .This day you will visit 4 Manay , Laxmipokhari .

Day 05: DZONGRI – THANSING ( Alt. 3930 M )
Trek from Dzongri to Thansing takes about approx 4hrs after walking through the bushes and hedges
At first its walking in the plain table land after few hours we rapidly descend down the river Prek on
The way one can view almost all the ranges above all Mt Pandin looks beautiful.In Thansing besides
The govt hut its all barren here is no civilization.Overnight in Tent .

Day 06: THANSING- LAMBI ( Alt. 4200 M )
Trek from Lambi to ThansingLake takes about approx 3hrs its just a easy trek through thin vegetation.Overnight in tent. Lambi is basically , in the base of mount pandin because of its close attachment With Mt Pandim here a small beautiful lake has emerged. When it gets snowed the lake with the mountain Provides a spectacular unforgettable view. Over night in Tent.

Day 07: LAMBI– GOECHALA (Alt 4940 M) - THANSING
Trek from Lambi to Goechala back to Thansing takes about approx 7 hrs, the trek starts with easy grading We come across Zemathang (4752Mts ) which means ( sand- plainland) the trail goes through moraines before reaching goechala one can view green lake formed right below the path deep down the hill, finally one reaches the second viewpoint from here one can view southern phase of Kanchenzonga.to the north is Goecha peak, because it is quite different than other entire trek, but during winter it is not possible due to thick snow which covers the path and makes it difficult to walk.Overnight in camp.

Day 08: THANSING –COKCHORUNG ( Alt 3000 M )
Trek from Thansing to cokchurung takes about 3hrs but we will trek to Lampokhari a lake and and arrive Kokchorung late afternoon spent overnight in hut .

Day 09: COKCHORUNG –TSHOKA
Trek from Cokchoruing to tshoka takes about 5hrs is gradual descend through thick forest it’s a long and Tiring walk this route joins the route of phethang to Dzongri trail.Overnight at tent

Day 10 : TSHOKA- YUKSUM
The trek from Tshoka to Yuksum takes about 6hrs overnight at hotel.
