The Himalayas of Nepal have been meditating ground for many Hindu saints, "Rishis and Munis" since the ancient time.Nepal is a sacred land and the only Hindu country in the world. There are a great number of Hindu temples in Nepal, out of them the Pashupatinath in Kathmandu and the Muktinath in the Himalayas are the two most famous ones.

Along with the visits to these religious sites , this tour offers you Kathmandu sightseeing tour, Himalayan sceneries and boating on the lakes in Pokhara and an exciting flight to see the Mt Everest , the highest mountain in the world.

While Pashupatinath is in Kathmandu, the holy Muktinath temple lies in the Himalayas, accessible by half an hur flight from Pokhara and a 1.5 hr jeep ride after that.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel.
Day 2: Kathmandu sightseeing tour including early morning Pashupatinath Darshan, Budhanilkantha temple (the sleeping VIshnu), Swoyambhunath stupa and Kathmandu Durbar square.
Day 3: Fly to Pokhara, short tour visiting waterfalls and caves and boating on the Phewa lake.
Day 4: Early morning fly to Jomsom, check in hotel, drive to Muktinath, Pooja and Darshan and drive back to Jomsom.
Day 5: Fly back to Pokhara , free day on your own .
Day 6: Fly back to Kathmandu, fly back home.

Note: You can enjoy optional mountain flight on day 3 early morning.
